Carlo Trinchero is a former semi-professional football player who is now a successful innovator and professional in the wine industry. He played college football at Santa Rosa Junior College and then Sacramento State before going semi-pro. Carlo Trinchero is currently working for his family’s winery but is building his wine company called Taken Wine Company. He was recently named in the Forbes 30 Under 30 for Food and Wine.
